FAQs

Will it hurt?

Local anaesthetic creams numb the treatment area externally.
The filler used in the procedure contains a numbing agent which also acts as an internal and external anaesthetic. Cannulae are used to minimise any discomfort and save your time. No needles are involved at any stage during the process.

How much bigger will my penis be?

Most patients should see gains in penis length of around half an inch when flaccid and up to three inches when the penis is erect. The gains in girth thickness should vary between three quarters of an inch and just under two inches when the penis is erect. In our experience, it’s usually the extra thickness which is the greatest priority for most of our patients.

How long does the treatment take?

It’s quick, easy and surprisingly a comfortable treatment. Each appointment lasts around 1 hour; 20 mins for numbing crème followed by a treatment that lasts around 30 mins. The patient is then free to leave the clinic to follow the aftercare at home.

Do I need to take time off work?
No time off work isn’t necessary. Patients that work in heavy manual work are discouraged from heavy lifting straight after the procedure, just to ensure that any discomfort felt is from their work rather than the procedure itself. We suggest no heavy lifting for up to a week after penis enlargement. Penis glans procedure requires less downtime.
Can I have sex after the procedure?
We advise every patient after penis enlargement or glans treatment that they do not have any sexual contact for 2 weeks. This includes oral and intercourse. Having sex during this time will affect the outcome of your procedure and could cause infection that requires medical further medical intervention.
Are there any complications that I need to be aware of?
Penis enlargement using U.K regulated HA fillers is a non-surgical procedure that is considered very safe. It is imperative the patient follows the aftercare that we set out at the consultation, as this ensures it is highly unlikely that any complications will appear. All patients are treated with Antibiotics for 1 week after procedure to ensure that infection is minimised. Patients are followed up the day after procedure and all patients are provided with a direct contact number should they need to discuss any side effects or have any concerns.
Why don't you offer permanent penis fillers?
We do not provide permanent fillers as they banned in the U.K due to the issues that can arise from using them. There are instances where they can be used in the body, for example in the chest area, that has a large indentation but not in the penis.
Why are some fillers more expensive than others?
We only purchase from a U.K registered pharmacy that the pharmaceutical company officially recognise as their U.K distributor. This allows us to track the product and provides the patient assurance that the product is genuine. It also allows the pharmacy to be able to recall the product should there be any issues with a batch and inform the clinic of any issues.
